We hired Craig to draft our home plans and build our house. We could not be happier with our decision to hire him! Together, we came up with a plan that fit our family’s needs and our budget. My husband wanted to be involved in the building process and Craig was very open to letting us decide what we wanted to do and what we should have him do in the building process. Craig is very dedicated to his work and was on the job site every day – all day and we moved in 5 months later. We will be building a shop in the next year or two and will hire Craig for that job too.
Craig has been extremely helpful throughout the design process and after, including answering the many questions that arise when contracting to build your new home. We are fortunate to have found him.

Mr. Swanson drew computer deck plans up for us. He also included a YouTube video 3D version for our clients to view on line.
Mr. Swanson had our plans ready on the date we requested and we were in a rush. He was very helpful when we had any questions. We were very pleased with his prompt service and will definitely use his services in the future.
